I have always been a girl who had a closet full of black. It was/is a slimming choice. There was no fashion risks. It was always safe. But now, I desire color and combinations that I never would have put together 5-10 even 2 or 3 years ago. I like stepping out of my "normal". I did this here. In the past, I would have never put these cowboy boots with this outfit, but I thought why not. I like the result even if everyone else is like what was she thinking?!
